The new flag `mergeExcludePaths` (added to the API in https://github.com/AdobeDocs/cloudmanager-api-docs/pull/251/files#diff-9ab0ca02a4ed15d7f9138602968b77366ea68fed8cbeff4b07ed968bdd0c5293R6899) should be supported for command `content-flow:create`
