Feature parity with Android AEPTestUtils

## Feature Request Summary

There are new features/capabilities in the Android AEPTestUtils that are not Android platform specific that should be brought over to iOS (non-exhaustive):
JSON comparison APIs
1. Refined logic and fixes in JSON comparison APIs
2. Better test coverage and test case organization
3. Removal of deprecated APIs and logic
4. New path comparison options
NetworkService helpers
1. New convenience APIs and properties
2. Added params to some existing APIs for better default behavior
