Add default OSGi config for DefaultPathProcessor

For backward compatibility reasons the DefaultPathProcessor of the core component project comes with disabled vanity path rewriting.

For new projects created with the archetype the vanity path rewriting should be enabled.

Inspect the aem-project-archetype output for the core component project's OSGi configuration and locate the DefaultPathProcessor setting. Verify how newly generated projects currently configure vanity path rewriting, then update the archetype configuration so it is enabled by default while preserving backward-compatible behavior for existing projects.
