Archetype 27 & 28 - Errors related to filevault/filter.xml in ui.content project

### Expected Behaviour
Shouldn't throw any errors with regards to sample content provided by archetype

### Actual Behaviour
Multiple errors upon loading the project in Eclipse IDE

- Issue related to acHandling as the import mode is MERGE
- Errors & Warnings on Dam paths and thumbnail for parent dam folder not recognized by the filter or perhaps not recognized correctly

#### Steps to Reproduce
Create new project using archetype27 or 28 using command line or terminal as recommended in archetype usage guidelines
Then load the project using Eclipse IDE

MacOS Big Sur

Verified that this issue doesn't exist in archetype 26 as it appears to have come with different versions of vault plugins and filter values are different. Unsure of the impact, so proceeding with development for now, deleting or modifying the files causing issue, but need a clean build so we don't end up losing time setting up the project

Start with the generated ui.content filevault/filter.xml for archetypes 27 and 28, then compare its acHandling, DAM paths, and thumbnail entries with archetype 26. Reproduce by generating a project from archetype 27 or 28 and loading it in Eclipse; done means the sample content produces no filter-related errors or warnings and has a clean build.
