Add Archetype version used to build a project

Enhancement: Add a note about the Archetype version used for a project built, would help dev teams as dependencies are updated on the pom's while the project progresses.

### Expected Behaviour
A version of AEM Archetype used is added (somewhere) in the pom.xml

### Actual Behaviour
No reference to Archetype version is mentioned anywhere on the project after it is built.

#### Steps to Reproduce
Build a new project using latest Archetype

Start by inspecting the generated pom.xml and the Maven archetype configuration to determine where project metadata is defined. Confirm how a newly generated project records the Archetype version, then verify the reference is present after building a project with the latest Archetype.
