Node versions out of support, 13 referenced #207

Please do the needful to update Node versions across the product to preferably Node 22 but at least node 18.

Start with help/getting-started-wknd-tutorial-develop/project-archetype/overview.md and use the linked aem-project-archetype code search to find the referenced Node versions across the product. Done means the outdated references are updated to preferably Node 22, or at least Node 18, wherever this issue requires.
