Description
### Expected Behaviour
When the corresponding **Custom UI Testing** pipeline option is marked, tests under the **ui.tests** module need to be executed by the CloudManager.
### Actual Behaviour
The **ui.tests** module was not executed even though the corresponding pipeline option was marked. It took time, until we figured out that the feature must be opted into as described under [I]. As a first step, the corresponding settings can be applied in this project per default. If not, at least put this information on top of the README.md file. In my opinion, as the pipeline already offers an option for the **Custom UI Testing**, such an opt-in setting is redundant and it should be removed or it should not be mandatory. If needed, some properties can be overridden via the settings.properties file and it should be optional.

Research direction
Start by reading README.md and settings.properties, then inspect how the CloudManager Custom UI Testing option relates to the ui.tests module and its required opt-in. Done means the ui.tests tests run when the pipeline option is marked without an unnecessary mandatory opt-in, or the required configuration is clearly documented at the top of README.md.
