Add replication metadata for CAC and Editable Templates

Please add replication metadata for the relevant content in https://github.com/adobe/aem-project-archetype/tree/develop/src/main/archetype/ui.content/src/main/content/jcr_root.
You can use the validator provided at https://github.com/Netcentric/aem-replication-metadata-validator/tree/main to check during the build that all replication metadata is set correctly.
Please set it for both agents `publish` and `preview`.

Start in src/main/archetype/ui.content/src/main/content/jcr_root and identify the CAC and Editable Templates content requiring replication metadata. Use the aem-replication-metadata-validator during the build, and verify that metadata is set correctly for both the publish and preview agents.
