AEM Sites not working with latest SDK

I downloaded and started a local Cloud AEM instance from

e.g. Version: AEM SDK v2020.02.2291.20200219T233521Z-200130
as it is described on:
https://github.com/adobe/aem-enablement/tree/master/AEMAsACloudService/07_Cloud_Ready_Quickstart

When the instance is up running, i can reach all functionalities except the /sites.html part.
Reason:
Internal Server Error
Cannot serve request to /sites.html/content in /libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/columnview/columnview.jsp

I tried multiple SDK's and got the issue on all of them.
Oracle JDK 11 is installed

Reproduce the failure with the AEM SDK version described in the issue and inspect the request to /sites.html/content. Start from /libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/columnview/columnview.jsp and the resulting Internal Server Error; done means the Sites view loads successfully on the affected local SDK.
