[List] Updates to List Component to include Downloads

The list component is limited to text or page links, but it would be ideal to expand functionality to include a list of downloadable files. Perhaps the ability to point to a directory of files that creates a list of downloadable PDFs or other assets.

**Are there alternatives?**
The download component is limited to a single asset download
