[Image List] List DAM assets by folder or tags

**User Story**
As an author, I need a component to list a set of PDF uploaded to the DAM based on a selected folder or by tags in a selected folder.

As a developer, I want to leverage the List component to enable asset listing. OOTB List component only works for cq:Page type, don't work for dam:AssetContent type

**Acceptance criteria**

1. Upload PDF to a specific folder in DAM.
2. Add the needed metadata properties. Possibility of adding new custom metadata scheme.
3. Use the list component to select the Parent folder by specific tags or all tags.
4. Author can configure what custom metadata scheme to display in the cq:dialog Item Settings Tab. For example, thumbnail image associate with the asset.
