Embeddables for Embed component not working with v2. It only works and show up in dropdown within Properties if set as v1.

Review the two attached Adobe Support documents, then reproduce the Embed component behavior in the Properties dropdown with an embeddable configured as v1 and v2. Clarify the AEM and Core Components versions and exact steps first; done means v2 embeddables appear and work in the dropdown as v1 embeddables do.
