Recent releases no longer provide the CRX package for installing core components

### Expected Behaviour
Every time there is a new release, the assets section contains src code as well as all package that embeds all of CRX packages needed to install Core WCM Components

### Actual Behaviour
For the last few releases only src code is added to Assets section. Does this mean we have to download from MavenCentral/Nexus?

Check whether the packages are being published only to MavenCentral/Nexus or omitted entirely; done means a new release exposes the expected source and CRX package assets.
