[RFC] Video Component

**[Request To Comment]** To anybody who intends to use the Core Components, please provide your feedback about the following requirements. We want to make sure that we build a component that fits your needs, so don't hesitate to tell us how that component should work, so that you will be able to use it.

## User Story

As a page or template author, I need a component to display a video on the page, so that visitors can view it.

## Acceptance criteria

* Edit dialog:
* Asset picker to choose the video from the DAM.
* Optionally, allow to provide a poster image.
* Checkboxes for autoplay, loop, hide controls and preload (auto, metadata or auto).
* Define title and description, inherited from DAM by default (as for the image component).
* Automatically render the different sources from what's available as DAM renditions.
* Microdata from schema.org
