## Bug Report
**Current Behavior**
1. Configure policy on an editable template and allow for adding a Tabs component.
2. Configure policy for that Tabs component and allow adding Container components to it.
3. Create a page and add to it a Tabs component.
4. Add one Container component into the Tabs component.
**Expected behavior/code**
The parsys for the Container component should have a message "Drag component here", however it says: "Please drag Tab components here". Which is of course wrong.
**Environment**
- AEM version and patch level: AEM 6.5.9
- Core Components version: 2.17.8+
- JRE version: JVM 11 (not relevant)
