Cannot deploy the Admin UI SDK to Adobe Commerce as Cloud Service

Description
I follow the guide in the admin-ui-sdk/menu/custome-menu.
However, when deploying the code to the App Builder, it always show the error:
Deploying web assets for 'commerce/backend-ui/1'
› Error: request to https://firefly-tvm.adobe.io/aws/s3/XXXX-{app_name}-stage failed, reason: read ECONNRESET
