How to create a Data Element on Adobe Launch? Using ACDL.

I'm a beginner on ACDL data layer and familiar with only Digitaldata data layer.

And I'm very much interested of shifting to the new ACDL data layer and bit confused of creating data elements using ACDL when having unique id's on each section like teaser,imagecluster, page properties, etc.

Now I've to create a dataelement for all the properties like, type, ctalabel, ctalink,nameHeader,etc.

Could you please guide me for a beginner, how to create dataelement on Adobe Launch for the mentioned properties?
