Support for vcpkg

It would be great to have a vcpkg port for this project. There is demand, as well as a working implementation: https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/pull/43566

However, the attempt was rejected because there was no "Hello World" example for the XMPFilesPlugins folder proving that everything works. Could you provide such an example to revive the pull request so that the community can benefit from package manager integration?
