Request: add ymacron and Ymacron

Texts in Latin (the language, not the script) occasionally use **ȳ** and more rarely **Ȳ** (e.g. dozens of times in the first book of Vergil's _Aeneid_.)

Latin is often printed without macrons, but introductory and learning materials almost always employ them.
