According to [the JIS X 213 standard](https://web.archive.org/web/20181107054324/https://www.itscj.ipsj.or.jp/iso-ir/233.pdf) (page 13) and [the Japanese government's official form list for non-jouyou characters](https://www.bunka.go.jp/kokugo_nihongo/sisaku/joho/joho/kakuki/22/pdf/jitaihyo.pdf) (表外漢字字体表, page 10), it should point right:
