HW is not marked as a monospaced font

Although Source Han Sans HW makes CJK characters twice as wide as Latin ones, which is a common approach for monospaced fonts used for CJK texts (although not strictly “mono”-spaced), it is not marked as a monospaced font. Therefore, some terminals (Windows Terminal as an example) either disable it at all, or warn when using it.
