[KIV, low priority] Adjust 汞 (U+6C5E) so the top and bottom parts don't touch

Description
I request to adjust the JP glyph slightly so the top 工 part and the bottom 水 part don't touch, making it look like one long vertical hook stroke.
The irony is that the v1 CN glyph that was removed in v2 had the two parts separated. But I prefer the JP shape of 水, so please adjust the JP glyph.
