Some of the 強 components have an unnecessary extra feet at the 弓 part (JP region only)

I hate to create another trivial issue, but this is a bit jarring as the JP glyphs have some sort of inconsistency with regards to an extra feet in 強. It's best to remove it and follow the reference of U+5F37 itself.
