No support for RealVNC encryption (was: Unable to Connect (REAL VNC Enterprise 4.4.1))

1. An attempt to connect to a VNC server from my HTC Magic (3G or Wi-Fi)

Error! VNC connection failed!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Desktop version is for Vista 32-bit and Real VNC Enterprise 4.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

I can see the connection being established on my desktop vns server icon
in the systray (turns from white to black), but on my HTC Magic
android/vnc-viewer connection attempt it prompts me with the connection
error mentioned above.
