Droid incredible VNC connection Failed

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using? 0.4.7

Which VNC server/version are you using? TightVNC On which platform?Win 7 32bit

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)? 1680 x 1050

What device are you using? Droid Incredible 2.2

Are you using a custom ROM? no If so, which?
