Stuck on Establishing Handshake

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I run TightVNCservice on my windows 7 ultimate 32bits
2. I fill in my IP, port on the android
3. I connect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see my desktop. but see this, forever:

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
Downloaded

Which VNC server/version are you using? On which platform?
.exe file properties says 2.0.2.0

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?
1280x800

What device are you using?
HTC Desire

Are you using a custom ROM? If so, which?
Nope

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure if I'm running the right .exe file on my computer
and not sure if all IP allow settings etc etc are done corectly, i dont really
know what correctly would be.

i did port forward port 5900 for my laptop
also when i run the tvnserver.exe the icon keeps having a red square around it
