Would you consider adding an open-source license?

Hi! I came across this project while researching open-source approaches to dental X-ray/DICOM analysis for a health & wellness app. I noticed there's no LICENSE file in the repo, which means it's technically all-rights-reserved by default even though it's public — would you be open to adding one (MIT or Apache-2.0 would be ideal)? Happy to credit the project either way. Thanks for sharing the work!
