[FEAT]: Create a basic figma design system

- Create a design system with basic reuseable components like typography, buttons, inputs, etc (no need for complex components like Dialogs, etc for now) and specific color palette
- This will basically make the foundation for the UI design of the application

- The main target audience is young people who are currently in college
- Keep it modern, sleek and most importantly minimal.
