ℹ️ Create About Page

**Description:**
We need to implement an **About Page** that introduces the project to users. This page will explain the purpose of the application, its goals, and (optionally) the team behind it.

**Requirements:**

* Add a new `About` page component.
* Content should include:

* Brief introduction of the project.
* Mission/vision or problem the project solves.
* (Optional) Team/Contributors section with names or avatars.
* Link the About Page in the **Navbar** and footer.
* Ensure consistent design with the rest of the app (typography, colors, spacing).
* Make it **mobile responsive**.
