🚧 Feature Missing: "Calculate Weather" Section Lacks Functionality

The website includes a visible "Calculate Weather" section in the UI, which appears to be designed for redirecting users to a weather-related feature or tool. However, currently, there is no redirecting link or interactive functionality associated with this section.

This may indicate that the feature has not yet been implemented or fully integrated.

### ⚠️ Current Behavior
- The UI for the "Calculate Weather" section exists.
- Clicking on the section or its buttons does not trigger any navigation or functional response.

### ✅ Expected Behavior
- The section should redirect the user to a dedicated page or external tool that allows weather calculation or forecast display.
- Alternatively, it should open a modal or interactively display weather data if meant to function on-page.

### 💡 Proposed Solution
I would like to implement a redirect or dynamic functionality for the "Calculate Weather" section. Depending on the intended behavior, this could be:
- Routing to a separate weather page or component.
- Linking to an external API/tool.
- Embedding real-time weather data using a weather API.
