# Customer Churn Prediction
## Description
The project aims to develop a customer churn prediction system using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models. The goal is to create a model that can accurately identify customers who are likely to churn, enabling businesses to take proactive actions to retain those customers and reduce churn rates. The customer churn prediction model developed using ANN can be helpful in various industries and businesses where customer retention is crucial. The model will be deployed on Streamlit.
## Scope
The customer churn prediction model will predict the likelihood of a customer churning or discontinuing their relationship with a business.
