Hosted try-it for web-quality-skills — send a slow page over and get the audit back without a CLI

@addyosmani — there's a hosted entry point for `web-quality-skills` now. Paste a URL, HTML, or Lighthouse JSON, pick `perf / CWV / a11y / SEO`, and the audit comes back without installing across any runtime.

The README does a clean job lining up OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini CLI against the same `skills/` directory. The trade-off is that a visitor cannot see what an audit returns until they pick a runtime and run `npx add-skill`. The hosted link covers that gap for the visitors who arrive without a configured agent — PMs, designers, anyone forwarded the repo by a teammate.
