Don't offer downloads if the file-sizes have increased

Neat web app - thanks for publishing. I just tried uploading/optimizing an image which was 189 KB.


At a quick glance it looks like the optimization worked and it's 41% smaller! great!

However, look carefully and you'll see that the file size **increased** and it's -41% smaller, as in bigger :-(

Please make it clearer in the UI. If file size is not smaller then it should not offer the option to download a modified file and text should be red, not green.

I love the macOS app https://imageoptim.com/ and you can drag and drop many images in there but it never increases the file sizes. If it can't reduce the file sizes then it leaves them as it is... would be great if Squish did this too!
