The images on the chapter pages appear to be using a relative url that is incorrect:
This seems to be because the markdown is ``, where that resolves to `.../blob/gh-pages/chapters/img/todos_a.png`, when it should resolve to `.../blob/gh-pages/img/todos_a.png`.
