The code example http://jsbin.com/afetez/2/edit for 'Better Model Property Validation' in Chapter 7 is not working.
The error is `Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'firstname' of undefined`
it is shown in the console after focus is changed from the first to the second input filed.
