Consistency in Excercises

While exercise 1 & 2 are complete, working todo apps, in Exercise 3, the Modular Backbone App is left as an exercise to the reader. The use of Require is almost a necessity in building 'real' apps with Backbone, so in my opinion, this exercise should be complete. I (a Node.js developer that just started with backbone and require) got through Exercises 1 & 2 with high confidence, but Exercise 3 leaves me hacking my way through the exercise without much guidance, and having to refer to many outside resources to finish.
