The information provided for installing cookiecutter on Windows and for using this template on Windows might be outdated.

As a Windows 11 Home user, I have no problem using `pip install cookiecutter` and `cookiecutter https://github.com/adafruit/cookiecutter-adafruit-circuitpython`.

_library.py_ and _/examples/library_simpletest.py_ also generate properly.
