Sensirion SEN63c (similar to SEN66 with weaker accuracy CO2 + PPM/RH/T)

They've just rejigged the arduino library, https://github.com/Sensirion/arduino-i2c-sen63c/compare/1.0.1...1.1.0 , which reminded me that we don't yet have support in WS.

Start by finding the existing SEN66 component support, then compare its behavior with the SEN63C datasheet and the Sensirion Arduino library changes linked in the issue. The work is done when WipperSnapper supports the SEN63C over I2C and exposes its CO2, PM2.5, relative humidity, and temperature readings.
