Description
In the IC Array: not all pins are connected as shown. Follow column at text # 25 to the other end. Pins # 4 and # 25 are exchanged. # 4 Opposite Array pin is not connected at all.
To reproduce:
Connect 3.3 to one of the two middle rails and gnd to the other.
Then, at the end, connect the two rails to the last (5 hole) rails directed to the GPIO.
Now highlight gnd and 3.3.
