Using hardware SPI on Feather M4 doesn't appear to work

When trying to run this using Hardware SPI (SCK and MOSI), it doesn't appear to be working at all as in none of the lights do anything. I was able to run just fine on the Raspberry Pi using Hardware SPI.

Reproduce the WS2801 driver on a Feather M4 using hardware SPI with the reported SCK and MOSI wiring, then compare the setup with the working Raspberry Pi case. The payload names no source file or test; done would require identifying why the Feather M4 produces no light output and verifying a working hardware-SPI configuration.
