Are Gamma Waves possible, need 40hz. More deets pls

Can the code be modified to produce Gamma Waves? Is the hardware capable of producing both light and sound at 40Hz? What is the existing track i.e. what frequency for how long. Is the sound at one frequency or biurnal?
I've got 4 relatives with Early Onset Alzheimer's, their brains are dying quite quickly, and the body follows.
