Uses old version of Firmata

This is based on an old version of Firmata and thus inherits various bugs that have been subsequently fixed over the years. I maintain the Firmata library here: https://github.com/firmata/arduino. I'm happy to collaborate if you want to make your version better. I also have a version of [StandardFirmataBLE](https://github.com/firmata/arduino/tree/ble/examples/StandardFirmataBLE) in the works (currently targeting Arduino 101) that I may be able to add a config file to support other chipsets as well.

Compare this repository's modified Firmata code with the upstream Firmata library at https://github.com/firmata/arduino. Read the StandardFirmataBLE example at the linked upstream path and determine which newer fixes and BLE changes apply to Bluefruit LE Modules. Done means the project no longer carries the identified outdated Firmata behavior while retaining its intended module support.
