New versions of this library? 2.0 and 3.0

Hi, this library is pretty old and I think there are online new versions of it (2.0 and 3,0) on this website:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Sniffer-for-Bluetooth-LE/Download

It would be useful to update the source in this repo to:
1. prevent use of this outdated code
2. make PR possible on the new code (I have a bugfix for Mac OS X 10.15 I'd be eager to push!)
