[Docs] -Adds Rauthy to the list of tested OIDC

In [here](https://actualbudget.org/docs/config/oauth-auth#tested-providers), rauthy is not listed.

I just managed to set it up with it. It just needs rauthy to have the token and id token algorithm to `RS256` instead of the default one
