### What happened?
Tried to switch to a another file after renaming current file. Menu did not open. Confirmed on 26.8.1 and on nightly. Latest Chrome
### How can we reproduce the issue?
0. Have a budget file open
1. Press on budget file name > rename
2. Confirm new file name
3. Try to reopen the same menu again
4. Menu does not open until page reload
