[Bug]: Daily schedules are not processing properly into Missed and overdue

### What happened?

I have a daily schedule that is supposed to be manually posted everyday. When a schedule is missed for a couple of days because I havent bothered to check the account, i would expect the missed occurrences to show up as 'Missed'. However this does not happen. Today for example I see the upcoming transactions for tomorrow on, but not the 'Due' transaction for today. Schedule screenshot is attached.

One observation: If I edit the schedule and set the date to 'is' instead of 'is approx', then i can see the transaction pop up in the background. But by the time I save and exit the rule editor, the date condition goes back to 'is approx' and the due transaction is lost. It is visible briefly before disapprearing,

### How can we reproduce the issue?

Create a schedule as listed in the screenshot to repeat daily. Do not set the transaction to 'automatically post.' Leave it on manual. Once a few days are missed you will observe that there are no missed transactions listed. Also, the due transaction for today, will not show up.
