[Bug]: Reconcile button on mobile does not work + formatting issues

### What happened?

1. **On iOS, once I've reconciled an account, the Reconciled toggle switch does not do anything. I am unable to de-reconcile if needed. It even appears grayed out.**
Furthermore, if I open a transaction's details, tap the reconciled toggle, it asks me if I'm sure I want to make changes, even though there are no changes that have been made. Tapping confirm, it takes me back to the transactions overview page and I can see that no changes have been applied.

2. **The "reconciled" toggle is quite a bit smaller than the "cleared" toggle. This was confirmed on Android (I have not looked on iOS)**
