[Bug]: Rules notes with matches has a bug

### What happened?

A bug happened!

### How can we reproduce the issue?

Go to Rules, create a new rule, set conditions to notes - matches and then type a word with a backslash.
example:
`#\d+`
or just
`\`
or
`asdfasdf\`

This is on v25.12.0
