[Bug]: Upcoming transactions do not get sorted by date

### What happened?

# Steps to reproduce

1. Add scheduled transactions
2. Go to the `All Accounts` view
3. The upcoming transactions are categorized as `Upcoming`. This is as expected
4. Click on the `Date` column to sort transactions by date
5. Click again to sort transactions by earliest transaction first
6. Notice that the `Upcoming` transactions remain at the top of the transaction list and are not sorted by their scheduled dates (see screenshot)
