GX2F with MDT (monitored drift tubes)

Clean up CTD-code and prepare it for main.
- Working example exist
- prediction relies on special casing to remove sign. How do we implement this? -> maybe no real solution. local coordiante system is a sub system. but for wires it does not work. But for wires, we would need to add a local.
-> possible solution: make calibrator for measurement and copy sign from the prediction. Start with this.
- maybe unit test?

Maybe also add some stuff to the MDT-chain from the CTD example.
